Order & Subscription

Customers may place one-time or subscription-based milk orders.
Subscription can be modified or canceled with prior notice.
Orders must be placed before the cut-off time mentioned on the website.

Milk Quality & Safety

We ensure fresh and hygienically handled milk.
Milk is sourced from approved dairy farms within Tamil Nadu.
Storage and handling instructions must be followed by the customer after delivery.

Delivery Terms

Delivery is available only in selected cities/areas in Tamil Nadu.
Delivery timing may vary based on location and availability.
If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address or unavailability of customer, no refund is guaranteed.

Pricing & Payment

Milk prices are subject to change based on market rates.
Payments can be made via online modes provided on the website.
All payments must be completed before delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund is applicable only for non-delivery or spoiled milk complaints.
Complaints must be raised within 6 hours of delivery.
Subscription cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide correct delivery address and contact details.
Be available to receive delivery at the scheduled time.
Store milk properly after delivery.
